You are in control. Nudge only watches what you allow, only remembers what you let it, and never tries to be more invasive than helpful.
What Nudge monitors
Active app and window titles, optional periodic screenshots for context, and the goals you set. Anything sensitive can be excluded.
What Nudge stores
Your goals, preferences, focus history, and personal memory you've approved. Stored in your account so it follows you across sessions.
What Nudge doesn't store by default
Screenshots are not stored by default. They are analyzed in the moment and discarded.
How AI analysis works
When monitoring is on, Nudge sends short, contextual prompts to an AI model to compare your activity to your goal. Sensitive content can be filtered or excluded.
User control
Pause monitoring anytime. Exclude any app or website. Adjust sensitivity. Decide which features run in the cloud and which stay local when available.
Local-first roadmap
A local AI mode is on the roadmap so you can run Nudge fully on-device when your hardware supports it.
Data deletion & export
You can view, edit, export, or delete your memory and history at any time. When you delete your account, your data is removed.
